I was charged $50 to have my vehicle diagnosed. I spoke with long time employee each time, not someone new. I discovered the charge when I received my estimate for repairs. My estimate was for over $800. I was able to get the $18 hose replaced for a little over $100 including the parts at a different shop.

Mark, I apologize for no one telling you there was a diagnostic fee, normally we would tell you on the phone and in person but unfortunately we dropped the ball on both counts this time. We had a new advisor that week and I take full responsibility because I didn't train him correctly on that. I am more than happy to give you a full refund. Chayton, I apologize for our customer service and in no way is this acceptable to me. We have good reviews because our customer service is top notch most of the time but it is times like this that I realize we need to be more consistent and our customer service should be exceptional 100% of the time. We are going through some growing pains and we are in the process of trying to take care of the issues we have but this in no way should affect our customers. Again I am very sorry for how your situation was handled.

Ethan, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however, I am sorry you felt our service only earned a 2 star rating. I recognized when I visited with you that your opinion was "its just a review". But to business owners its more than that. It's real customers telling potential other customers the quality of service. I hope given not only were we able to repair the damages on your car in 2 days instead of the several that you originally thought and we were able to reduce your bill by at least a couple thousand by finding used parts, hence, not taking advantage of you as you yourself pointed out I would hope you would take the opportunity to reconsider this rating and base it more on the quality of service you received as opposed to the thought that "it is just a review and it really doesn't matter."
