Used them for repairs on both vehicles for a couple years now, great service, knowledgeable mechanics/staff..they give you estimates and you approve of the work and price before they begin, will do their best to make your budget work, and ive never had one issue with their repairs..good local outfit, id refer anyone to them!

They are the worst at communication. Constantly telling me they will call me back. And never calling back. I always have to chase them down to get any kind of update. I will definitely not be back nor do I recommend.

Lance, I completely understand your frustration and you are right there are 2 times out of the several calls that we did not call you back in a timely manner so you called us and for that I do apologize. I also understand your frustration with your parts being on national backorder and not knowing exactly when those parts may be in. Unfortunately when those parts go on backorder by the manufacturers we have no control when we get them and the backorder dates can and in this case did change from us originally thinking we would receive it by 4/14 to now they are saying they don't know when we will get them. With Covid we have seen this happen more and more and I wish we had control over it. Christy left you a voicemail earlier today and I would love a chance to talk to you when you have time. Thank you. I was highly impressed with 360 auto repair. I had a bad a/c compressor and I needed it fix before the weekend. I called and got it in on Thursday morning and on Friday it was ready to be picked up! My a/c has never been so cold. Plus the warranty is great too. I tell everyone about 360. They rock!!

Recently got my Jeep Cherokee into 360° for a new steering gear box. The quote was on the money, and done in a timely manner. After I had scheduled the appointment for the gear box, but before i had taken it in, it threw a check engine light and then wouldn’t start. I ended up having it towed to 360° where I informed them of the issue. They got it in, diagnosed the issue and called me with the diagnosis and price. Very professional office staff, informative and they keep you in the loop as far as what’s going on and how much money it will cost. They didn’t try to sell me extra stuff and they didn’t try to tell me that there were other issues like some shops do. I would recommend this shop to anyone else looking to get their car fixed right. I will definitely come back to this shop when I run into an issue or have something that I’m not comfortable doing myself!
